Because we sell supplements, we do not accept physical returns — but we will always make it right.


Our 30-Day Refund Guarantee

If you received a damaged or defective product, the wrong item, or your order simply didn't work for you — contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method. No need to ship anything back.


Why don't you accept physical returns?

As a supplement company, we are unable to restock or resell products once they leave our facility. This is a health and safety standard — not an inconvenience. Rather than requiring you to ship anything back, we handle all eligible claims through a direct refund to your original payment method.

What qualifies for a refund?

You may be eligible for a full refund if:

  • Your product arrived damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product did not work for you or you are unsatisfied for any reason

How do I request a refund?

Email us at info@nutraformnutrition.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, the reason for your request, and a photo if your item arrived damaged or incorrect. We'll review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your refund is approved, you'll be notified by email and your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not seen it, please contact us at info@nutraformnutrition.com.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your product is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us immediately at info@nutraformnutrition.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will evaluate the situation and make it right — either with a full refund or a replacement, your choice.


Exceptions

Refunds are not available for gift cards, items marked as final sale, requests submitted more than 30 days after the delivery date, or products purchased through third-party retailers. If you have a question about your specific situation, reach out and we'll do our best to help.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different product is to request a refund for your current order and place a new order separately. Contact us at info@nutraformnutrition.com and we can help coordinate this.


European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or request a refund within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason and without justification. To exercise this right, contact us at info@nutraformnutrition.com with your order number. You do not need to return the product — we will issue a full refund to your original payment method once your request is confirmed. Your statutory rights under EU consumer law are not affected by this policy.
